Use of other members of the group

We each own our own client data base, respect privacy of such data base, and present the rest of the members of this professional team as a resource for our individual clients, while positioning ourselves individually as the main point of contact with our own clients or clients who get referred to other members of the group.

The goal is for you to position this group as a full team of professionals, leveraging your power to connect your prospects and current portfolio of clients to a full boutique of elite services. Always keeping you, the professional referring prospects or clients, as the main focus point, giving you ownership of that client/prospect relationship and sending such prospect back to you, the referring professional, after a service is done for that client/prospect. Keeping positive image, interaction and engagement canalized back to you as the referring owner of such client/prospect.

We position the member of the group who refers business to another individual in the group as the main point of contact and “quarterback” in the business relationship with the client referred in.

Strategy of collaboration: prior to allowing referrals to be exchange among the group, it is ideal each member invest the needed time to go over the other member’s process of service and client acquisition taking into account the following:

  1. What would be an ideal client for you?
  2. What is unique about your process and how you differentiate from other sources?
  3. How long does it take from the initial interaction with a prospect to be converted into a client in your line of work?
  4. At what point in your business cycle do you feel comfortable sharing a potential lead with another member of the group?
  5. How pro-active are you in regards to attempting discovering peripheral needs your prospects or current clients might have?
